  • NEWPORT COMMONS PROFESSIONAL CENTER 2006 TO PRESENT Newport Commons Professional Center is located in the heart of the growing Menifee Valley. With over 30,000 square feet of professional and medical office space, this Center will fill a high demand for the expanding area. Newport Commons is just ½ mile from the I-215 Freeway with over 200 feet of frontage on Newport Road. Construction is well under way and is scheduled to be completed in summer 2009.

  • IVY SPRINGS BUSINESS PARK JANUARY 2006-PRESENT In the City of Murrieta, Ivy Springs Business Park is located in the historical district of Murrieta. The structures are designed in a craftsman’s theme, with elements complimenting the Murrieta Historical Districts designs. This project encompasses 33,000 square feet of professional and medical offices.

  • JEFFERSON POINTE PROFESSIONAL CENTER AUGUST 2005- JANUARY 2007 Jefferson Pointe is in the here of Murrieta’s new Town Center, just blocks away from Murrieta Hot Springs Road and California Oaks off ramps and the I-15 Freeway. Jefferson Pointe consists of three (3) 7600 square foot buildings, and two (2) 5000 square foot buildings, totaling approximately 33,092 square feet.

  • MISSION TRAIL MEDICAL PLAZA 2003- FEBRURARY 2005 In the city of Lake Elsinore, located between Casino Drive and Mission Trail Road, J. Trevor Sudweeks designed a 30,000 square foot medical office building. J. Trevor Sudweeks worked with the City of Lake Elsinore, gaining the necessary approvals to begin construction.

  • EAST RIDGE MEDICAL PLAZA MAY 1999- JUNE 2000 J. Trevor Sudweeks developed, built and managed the 23,000 square foot medical plaza located at 9829 South 1300 East in Sandy City, UT. This is a premier “Class A” office building with the following features:
    * Tile and glass exterior
    * 3 story steel construction
    * Architectural design by Allred, Sophe, Wilkinson & Nichols, Inc.

  • 700 EAST OFFICE BUILDING JULY 1996- FEBRUARY 1997 J. Trevor Sudweeks designed, rezoned, developed and sold this commercial property located at 9700 South and 700 East in Sandy, UT.

  • CENTENNIAL PARK, P.U.D. JUNE 1997- AUGUST 2000 Centennial Park, P.U.D. is an exclusive gated community located at 625 North Redwood Road in Salt Lake City, UT. This development consists of twenty-one lots and a beautifully landscaped common area. J. Trevor Sudweeks designed, rezoned and built this project.

  • ENCHANTED COVE, P.U.D. MAY 1996- JULY 1999 Enchanted Cove, P.U.D. is an exclusive gated community located at 9100 South and 855 East in Sandy, UT. This development has thirty-three lots and features a private pool, hot tub, park and jogging trail. J. Trevor Sudweeks designed, rezoned, developed and built this project.

  • BROOKSIDE ESTATES JUNE 1994- JUNE 1995 Brookside Estates is an eleven lot subdivision located at 8135 South and 300 East in Sandy, UT. J. Trevor Sudweeks designed and developed this subdivision. Of the eleven homes, J. Trevor Sudweeks built two and the remaining lots were sold to independent builders.

  • SANDY POINT I, P.U.D. OCTOBER 1994- JANUARY 1996 Sandy Point I, P.U.D. is a twenty-two unit twin home subdivision located at 10200 South and 700 East in Sandy, UT. J. Trevor Sudweeks designed, rezoned, developed and built this project.

  • MENIFEE SUBDIVISION NOVEMBER 2003- JULY 2004 Located off Scott Road and Ascot Road in Menifee, nineteen, half acre lots comprise this subdivision. J. Trevor Sudweeks rezoned and designed a tentative map.

  • WILDOMAR 32- ½ ACRE LOT SUBDIVISION Located at Walnut and Cherry, in the City of Wildomar, this development has thirty-two half-acre lots on over 16 acres. This project received tentative map approval. J. Trevor Sudweeks sold this subdivision to Pacific Communities.

  • WEST VALLEY PROJECT APRIL 2002- MAY 2003 Located at 3883 West 3800 South, in the City of West Valley, UT, this thirty-seven lot subdivision will now link the communities of Westwood Village and Bridevale. With easy access to Bangerter Highway all amenities are close by. J. Trevor Sudweeks sold this subdivision to Ivory Homes.

  • TERRA POINT APRIL 2001- APRIL 2002 Terra Point is located at 8793 South 1030 West, in West Jordan, UT. Thirty lots comprise this subdivision located just off 9000 South. J. Trevor Sudweeks designed, rezoned and sold the lots to Gough Construction.

  • JORDAN MEADOWS JULY 2000- JULY 2002 Jordan Meadows is located at 11300 South and 1300 West in South Jordan, UT. This development has fifty- four, third acre lots on twenty-two acres and features a unique subdivision layout of four cul-de-sacs. This subdivision offers quiet, private living in a county setting located only twenty-five minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. J. Trevor Sudweeks sold this subdivision to Ivory Homes.

  • MERIDIAN POINT DECEMBER 2000- JANUARY 2002 Meridian Point is located at 10400 South 2100 West in South Jordan, UT. This development has twenty- nine lots on more than thirteen acres. Meridian Point is joined to the subdivision to the south by a bridge over the Utah Salt Lake Canal. J. Trevor Sudweeks designed, rezoned and sold the lots to Gough Construction.

  • CRYSTAL COVE, P.U.D. MARCH 2000- APRIL 2001 Crystal Cove, P.U.D. is an exclusive gated community located at 11025 South 1500 West, South Jordan, UT. This development has sixty-three lots on twelve acres, with a private pool and extraordinary common area. J. Trevor Sudweeks designed, rezoned and sold the lots to Gough Construction.

  • VIVANTE MARCH 2000- APRIL 2001 West Valley P.U.D. is located at 3100 South 1500 West in West Valley City, UT. It is a mix of three types of communities consisting of: One hundred eight stacked condominium units; seventy units of town and twin homes; and forty-four lots for single family homes. It features beautifully landscaped common areas including pedestrian paths. J. Trevor Sudweeks designed, rezoned and sold the lots to Trophy Homes.

  • CASCADE PARK, P.U.D. MARCH 1999- SEPTEMBER 2000 Cascade Park P.U.D. is an exclusive gated community located at 248 East and 9800 South in Sandy City, UT. This development has fifty-one lots on nine acres and includes a private pool in the common area. J. Trevor Sudweeks designed, rezoned and sold the developed lots to McArthur Homes.

  • ASH BRIAR, P.U.D. JUNE 1998- MARCH 1999 Ash Briar, P.U.D. is an exclusive gated community located at 3400 West and 7800 South, in West Jordan City, UT, consisting of forty-three lots. J. Trevor Sudweeks designed, rezoned and obtained final plat approval from West Jordan City, UT. This project was sold to Trade West, Inc.

  • IVY PARK, P.U.D. MARCH 1999- AUGUST 1999 Ivy Park, P.U.D. is an exclusive gated community located at 3391 West and 3100 South in West Valley City, UT. This development consists of thirty-two lots. J. Trevor Sudweeks designed, rezoned, obtained final plat approval from West Valley City and sold this project to Trade West, Inc.

  • SUNSET PONDS, P.U.D. MARCH 1996- MAY 1999 Sunset Ponds, P.U.D. located at 11800 South and 700 East in Draper, UT, is a sixty-two lot subdivision located on eighteen acres. J. Trevor Sudweeks enhanced seven acres of wetlands and dedicated it to Draper City for use as a wetlands park. J. Trevor Sudweeks designed, rezoned and sold the developed lots to Ivory Homes.
